			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am personally convinced that no disease or disorder or condition in this world, are allowed to exist without the Lord giving us an effective antidote and / or drug in the form of plants, fruits or vegetables which has been given unto us, we just do not know of them.</p>
<p><strong><em>Hos 4:6</em><em>  Destruction has overtaken my people because they have no knowledge; because you have given up knowledge, I will give you up, so that you will be no priest to me, because you have not kept in mind the law of your God, I will not keep your children in my memory.</em></strong></p>
<p>Majority of people kill themselves with a fork and dig their own graves with their teeth. What do I mean by this we do not normally know what we eat and how this affect how bodies, by not being knowledgeable about the foods we consume we do not only harm ourselves by causing all sorts of illnesses to befall us like high cholesterol, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, cardiac diseases and list go on.</p>
<p>God has provided a wide range of effective antidotes and / or drugs to us in the form of plants, fruits or vegetables throughout the landscape around us. Yes he created everything we need to live a healthy, happier, longer and blessed life.</p>
<p>&#8220;You are what you eat, and you are what you do not eat!&#8221; If you have the knowledge and understanding of what to eat, it will help you to make conscience effort to eat and stay healthy or to get healed. It is amazing how one can get stuck into habits, especially bad habits. I often see people (including myself) getting stuck into bad eating habits, especially in a busy work environment, I often find myself not taking time to eat a proper meal and just get something on the go for the sake of saving time. We not realise until it is too late how our bad eating habits affect our health, just consider that approximately 41% of all adults are diagnosed with either diabetes or high cholesterol this very significant statistics. It is therefore very important that we know what to eat to improve our lives.</p>
<p>Start living a better life today. Take time today before you take the next bite to know what you eating and to know that it is good for you.</p>

The people who grow the most spiritually and personally are those who always assume that there is an overwhelming majority of things they don&#8217;t know in comparison to what they already do.</p>

<p>There&#8217;s a lot of talk in the realm of personal development about positive thinking and optimism. But there is such a thing as being so optimistic that you fail to cultivate the skill of critical thinking. No matter how hard you work or how much you know, you&#8217;re always going to need to learn more and the thing which normally reminds me of this is failure. So while it&#8217;s good to be optimistic, always remember that you have to cultivate the skill of recognizing the negative things around you so that you can learn from them.</p>
<p><strong>Look for the Meaning in Nature</strong></p>
<p>No matter how many books are written about personal and spiritual growth, most thought provoking enemies are contained within nature. The writer C.S. Lewis once said that he believed the majority of people&#8217;s problems are caused by the fact that they are so disconnected with the rest of creation. Just think about how much time you spend inside surrounded by man-made inventions and technologies, in comparison to the amazing works of nature.</p>
<p>If you just start spending more time outside or even studying the way that things in nature work, you&#8217;ll find an enormous collection of lessons which can be applied to your personal development.</p>
<p><strong>Take Care of Your Body</strong></p>
<p>The writers of the New Testament claim that their body is a temple, which if you think about it is much more than just a religious statement. When your body is out of shape you lack the physical energy, the willpower and the focus to concentrate on anything more than just the regular mundane tasks of life. But when your body is in good health and you are full of energy and have the ability to focus for long periods of time, it&#8217;s much easier to devote your energies and attention towards your own personal and spiritual growth.</p>

Fundamentally the word &#8220;being connected&#8221; is the core of the meaning of the word.</p>
<p><strong> So how do you connect&#8230;?</strong></p>
<p>In order to connect you have to make a conscious decision to initiate and invest in others. It seems in life we work around unconscious and are almost acting like machines not being aware of yourself and others around you. In order have a fulfilled and healthy relationship we to change our mind-set.</p>

<p>- People desire to have a better tomorrow, give them hope that it will be a better day tomorrow.</p>
<p>- People are selfish, speak to their needs first in order to open a door.</p>

<p><strong>Add value to others</strong></p>
<p>- Look for strengths in others and promote these strengths</p>
<p>- Always encourage rather than discouraging people with positive things.</p>

<p>Everybody wants to be respected, in order to respect others you have to respect yourself first. Note that respects are not just given but earned. It is like honourable men which give up their lives to fight the cause of the greater good of men, people respect those who put things bigger themselves before themselves. Imagine giving up your freedom for the freedom of others.</p>

<p><strong>Put your emotions aside&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>One of the most difficult things for all humans is put our emotions aside and think about our anger, our hurts and our disappointments. Do talk about your feelings and emotions but do not let this be the obstacle to ensure that your relationships grow.</p>

Building self-esteem is the best way to shake the dust off your skills and abilities and to ensure that they have access. So that&#8217;s why I decided to offer this simple strategy, how to build self-confidence just by being you.</p>
<p>(This simple philosophy has been developed for thousands of years from the days of the Greeks and is still used today)</p>
<p><strong>Know Yourself</strong></p>
<p>The first step to learn how to build self-confidence just be yourself is to learn more about who you really are. In most cases, low self-confidence is the result of giving too much emphasis on the opinions of others and allows external circumstances to determine the value of your car. Begin to find ways to beat these distractions and begin to learn what actually happens in your head. A good way to do is write your thoughts and ask yourself what is really important to you.</p>
<p>The more you do this, the more we realize that building self-esteem is a process of self-knowledge than it is a process of trying to become someone else. It &#8216;also a good idea to start learning how to search your body works, how the mind works, and all within the complex, this will help you develop a greater appreciate who you are, and restore a sense of wonder and amazement for yourself .</p>
<p>You will also find that the more we understand, the easier it will be able to monitor the second phase of construction of self-esteem.</p>
<p><strong>Control Yourself </strong></p>
<p>The secret to knowing how to build self-confidence is really nothing more than learning to concentrate and control the thoughts and internal dialogue. This requires self-control, which can only be developed deliberately training &#8230; just like you can develop the muscles in the gym training. However, the reasons many people never develop self-control, because they consider it as a restriction of their freedom, but it is not unthinkable. The more you can control your thoughts and your actions; you are freer to use the ideas and actions to what you really want in life.</p>
<p>In fact, the better you become your own control is easiest for you to build confidence in their abilities and make and keep commitments to yourself and others. This will help you pass the final stage of self-esteem.</p>
<p><strong>Give Yourself</strong></p>
<p>As you begin to learn more about yourself and learn to control yourself, instinctively start looking for a way to use your new sense of confidence to help others. This is because the need for contribution is a spiritual need to give someone a sense of purpose and reinforces their understanding of their own value. Think about it, most people who are poor are also used to remove other by something called &#8220;self-rejection.&#8221; But finding an object that allows you to contribute to other people helps you get out of yourself and stop focusing on their own insecurity and deprivation.</p>
<p>The more you practice these three steps, rather than being the best person &#8230; the person you have known in your heart you. Then it will become an inspiration to others that your life becomes a representation of the principles of how to build self-confidence.</p>
<p><strong>You are unique</strong></p>
<p>Just think about it there is about 6.6 billion people on earth and you are the only “YOU” no one else are “EXACTLY” the same as you are, this makes you “VERY” unique.</p>

But the most important thing about this film was not the person to deliver the message, but the message is delivered to more than a dozen best-known successful coaches in the world. This message has been best encapsulated in the statement by John Asaraf: &#8220;You have whatever you want, I do not care how big it is.&#8221;</p>
<p>Shortly after introducing the self-made billionaire Bob Proctor &#8220;The Secret&#8221; the law of attraction and said that everything in your life are attracted into your life as a result of the things you think. Whether you plan to what you want or what you do not want, you’re creating your own reality by virtue of the predominating thoughts in your consciousness.”</p>
<p>The purpose of this review is &#8220;The Secret&#8221; is to help you decide for yourself whether or not to buy and use this film or any of these materials and if it worth your investing your time and money.</p>
<p><strong>The Cast and Message of “The Secret” </strong></p>
<p>Probably the most credible thing of the “The Secret” is that some of the brightest minds in personal development has decided to take part in it. Among them: Bob Proctor, author of &#8220;You We Born Rich&#8221;, Jack Canfield, author of &#8220;Chicken Soup for the Soul&#8221; books, James Arthur Ray, Joe Vitale, John Asaraf and dozens of others who have demonstrated the power law of attraction through the results in their lives. All these people say the same secret that has made them successful (the Law of Attraction) has been used by historical figures like Leonardo da Vinci, Ludwig van Beethoven, Edison, Einstein, JD Rockefeller, Dale Carnegie and many more.</p>
<p>Incredible as it may seem, all you need to do is to study the life and writing of these historical figures, and you will see that each held a common belief: that we could manipulate the results we attract into our lives by helping to direct our thoughts toward what we want. All of them also believed that there was a connection in the universe, which led us to be connected to everything in life. Thus, by focusing your thoughts on something you give your mind and body at the same frequency and start to attract the energies that are compatible with what you think.</p>
<p>Obviously, the list of people who held this belief and the things they carried in their lives, it is impossible to ignore the law&#8217;s power of attraction and the power of our thoughts on our lives.</p>
<p><strong>Be Cautious of&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Although the principles taught in the movie &#8220;The Secret&#8221; is valuable, it does not tell the whole truth. Simply take three steps: ask, believe and receive. But if you study the life in a great achievers (alive and dead), even those who believed in the Law of Attraction, you will find that they all have one thing in common. They are all committed to seeking the will of careful planning, persistence and a burning desire to still get what they want. I do not see anywhere that this is &#8220;ask, believe, receive&#8221; instructions, which appear in this film.</p>
<p>My guess is that people who participated in “The Secret” have the knowledge that it is much more complicated than that, and nothing happens if you put action and perseverance to achieve it. As long as you keep that in mind, I think the secret would be a great addition to your library and will help you keep your thoughts focused on what you want when you&#8217;re busy working your plan of action to achieve it. I wish you good luck, prosperity and health, and you are able to find a way to get the big secret to work for you.</p>

But many are also skeptical of how your thoughts alone could attract all of the results into your life…even the things that you <em>don&#8217;t</em> want. If you’re also curious about how the law of attraction works, and how you can use it to get whatever you want out of life, this article will help you get started.</p>
<p><strong>How the Law of Attraction Works</strong></p>
<p>The thing which confuses many people about the Law of Attraction (aka “The Secret”) is how you could attract something into your life simply by thinking about it…and you can’t. But it’s been scientifically proven that your thoughts have a significant impact on the electrical vibration of your nervous system and that they therefore influence your emotional states and the actions which flow out of it. So if you’re constantly thinking about things that you want, and if the vision and your mind is specific enough it will send a message to the nerves within your muscles and prepare them for action.</p>
<p>But the Law of attraction also creates a level of awareness in your mind which causes you to begin having flashes of inspiration and “hunches” which will guide you in the direction of what you are thinking about. Have you ever noticed how people who know exactly what they want are consistently working towards it and being presented with opportunities to have it? This has nothing to do with luck, fate or divine intervention. It’s simply their mind being “tuned in” to what they want and influencing their actions and intuition in such a way that they eventually get what they think about.</p>

They are more likely to recognize opportunities to pursue the object of their desire when those opportunities arise. But most important, they are quicker to get back up and reapply themselves when they fail, which helps them to leverage even their failures as learning opportunities.</p>
<p>So the first step towards using the Law of Attraction effectively is having a burning desire and a specific goal, whether it be to manifest financial prosperity (with an exact figure in mind), better health (again, with an exact healthy goal or ideal weight) or any other kind of goal which you can turn into a burning desire.</p>

This means that you do whatever you can to make it the most prevalent thought in your mind. You can use a vision board, meditation, journaling or spoken affirmations. Use whatever you need to create a vividly imagined experience of you already in possession of the object of your desire. Most important, begin developing a specific plan for how you are going to achieve it and get to work on that plan right away, whether you’re ready or not.</p>
<p>As simple as these may sound, the results are to be proof enough once you get started applying these two steps. The more you do this, the more you&#8217;ll be convinced of the power practicality of the Law of Attraction.</p>

I will have wisdom and be able to make a decision to follow the path which is His will. Meditating in the Word will deal with this the way it should be dealt with.
