Know Yourself

Begin to find ways to beat these distractions and begin to learn what actually happens in your head. A good way to do is write your thoughts and ask yourself what is really important to you.
The more you do this, the more we realize that building self-esteem is a process of self-knowledge than it is a process of trying to become someone else. It ‘also a good idea to start learning how to search your body works, how the mind works, and all within the complex, this will help you develop a greater appreciate who you are, and restore a sense of wonder and amazement for yourself .

Control Yourself

This requires self-control, which can only be developed deliberately training … just like you can develop the muscles in the gym training. However, the reasons many people never develop self-control, because they consider it as a restriction of their freedom, but it is not unthinkable. The more you can control your thoughts and your actions; you are freer to use the ideas and actions to what you really want in life.
In fact, the better you become your own control is easiest for you to build confidence in their abilities and make and keep commitments to yourself and others. This will help you pass the final stage of self-esteem.
Give Yourself
As you begin to learn more about yourself and learn to control yourself, instinctively start looking for a way to use your new sense of confidence to help others. This is because the need for contribution is a spiritual need to give someone a sense of purpose and reinforces their understanding of their own value. Think about it, most people who are poor are also used to remove other by something called “self-rejection.” But finding an object that allows you to contribute to other people helps you get out of yourself and stop focusing on their own insecurity and deprivation.
The more you practice these three steps, rather than being the best person … the person you have known in your heart you. Then it will become an inspiration to others that your life becomes a representation of the principles of how to build self-confidence.
You are unique
Just think about it there is about 6.6 billion people on earth and you are the only “YOU” no one else are “EXACTLY” the same as you are, this makes you “VERY” unique.
